Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Swimwear & Beachwear: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and beachwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by VogueVibe Store.
