- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned within 15 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return/exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item are covered by VogueVibe Store.
